Perfect in Every Way
The property is heaven on earth! The views over happy bay were nothing short of breathtaking everyday. The homes design is world class and the property owner spared no expense with all top of the line construction and appliances (85inch Samsung TV, Starlink WiFi, LG Refrigerator and Washer/Dryer, Electronic High End Toilet…) I Gran Case and its world class dining were 6 minute drive! Happy bay was a 5 min walk and Orient beach was a 10 min drive! The pool is delightful and perfect for a day of just lounging around the house should you choose. The level of privacy is also amazing and you can literally spend the day in your birthday suit without thinking twice! Flo was an unbelievable host for me and my wife. He went above and beyond to be responsive and accommodating for my wife and I. The place was also immaculately cleaned. There was not a spec of sand or dust to be found! Flo also was respectful of our privacy and was helpful in providing us with recommendations for dinner and excursions! We consider ourselves dog people, but we even fell in love with the owners house cat (Maurice) who was just as lovely and friendly as the people we met on our adventure in Saint Martin. My wife and I were so enthralled with the property we wanted to make an offer on it! It’s just one of those magical places that will capture your heart! My wife and I are world Travellers and this place is at the top of a long list!
I can’t think of anything negative. The mosquitoes are the only annoyance, but that is just a small price to pay for living in paradise!

Flo’s place was truly beautiful and we had a fantastic time staying there. From check in to check out, everything was amazing and smooth. Flo greeted us upon arrival and got us familiar with the home- it really felt like home. So beautifully decorated and cozy- and omg the view is spectacular! Top tier!
The location is also perfect if you plan to explore both sides. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing and we will definitely come back and stay here for our next trip! 1000000/10.
